Dewsbury Rams

Went over there yesterday evening to watch the squad training and have a word with some of the players prior to doing the player profiles. I was far too late really, training was well under way, though plenty of them now know who I am. Will need to be over there by 17:00 on Friday though, and really get down to work.

NaNoWriMo...

Sad days... packed it in around the 20k mark this year, possibly for good. Why? Because I've moved on I guess, at least that's my excuse. I've got some work to do over the next few weeks for The Rams website, but not sure how that will go either.

B'day yesterday (67 years), ah well life moves on I guess.

Taking a break from the novel to give Nano a try. First time for a couple of years and so far it's going well. Well ahead of my word count at the moment,but then we're only 2 1\2 days in. Plenty of time for things to go wrong.

Novel challenge...

Getting a bit p****d off with my seeming inability to move things along. The problem in my mind is a definite lack of good dialogue..., so now I go back to the start and try to correct the problem. Current total 14,068.

Another 1,000 words notched up in the past six days. An improvement, but still not good enough. Current total 13,432.
